Crusta C maintains excellence with a score of 99/100 on the Égapro Index for 2025

Crusta C is proud to announce that it has once again achieved an exceptional score of 99/100 on the Gender Equality Index for 2025 (2024 data).

A constant commitment to equality

Every year, companies with more than 50 employees must publish their score on the Égapro Index, a tool set up by the government to measure and improve gender equality in the workplace. With a score of 99/100, Crusta C demonstrates its ongoing commitment to professional equality.

Results that reflect our commitment

Here are the details of the indicators that make up our score:

  • Gender pay gap: 0.7% in favor of women – 39 points obtained
  • Individual pay increase gap: 0% – 35 points obtained
  • Pay raises after maternity leave: 100% of employees concerned received a pay raise – 15 points awarded
  • Gender parity among the 10 highest earners: 4 women among the 10 highest earners – 10 points awarded
