Cooking has been a Crusta C core activity right from the start and retains its key importance. In addition to our long-standing expertise, an ever-innovative and creative mindset marks us out.
Our vision is to maintain this pioneering spirit in the cooking of seafood products by researching and developing new equipment and processes.
We currently have one traditional cooking suite and six fully automated suites.
The next stage after cooking is packaging. This is carried out in-house and ensures your prawns are always fresh.
From modified atmosphere packaging to skin pack trays and polystyrene boxes in a range of formats (tailored to our clients’ needs), we give our products the top-quality packaging they deserve.
Always a significant challenge, we now deliver all over Europe with departures six days out of seven.
This allows us to react quickly to changing market demand, thanks to a fleet of vehicles and a logistics operation that is always ready, whatever the situation.
