Crusta C is proud to have scored 99 out of 100 in the 2023 Egapro Index 

At Crusta C, our employees are at the heart of everything we do. 

After having scored 94 out of 100 in 2022, Crusta C has bettered this feat this year, with a score of 99 out of 100!

What exactly is the Egapro Index? 

This initiative was implemented by the French Ministry of Labour. It’s used to assess the gender pay gap and highlight where progress has been made. 

It has just one goal: to help businesses make improvements in relation to narrowing the gender pay gap between men and women. 

All businesses employing 50 or more staff must calculate and publish their workplace gender equality index each year by the 1st March at the latest.

In 2023, our overall score on the index was 99! 

This score is broken down according to the following criteria: 

  • the gender pay gap: 39 
  • difference in annual pay awards for individuals: 35 
  • pay rises following return from maternity leave: 15 
  • proportion of highest-paid employees: 10 

Here is the document which we sent to the Ministry of Labour and which sets out our score and how we’re doing in terms of the gender pay gap between men and women in 2024 (based upon data from 2023), in accordance with the provisions of Article D.1142-5 of the French Labour code.
